About Kanthal A1
HJ209 (Kanthal A1 Replacement) Introduction:
Sandvik established production line in China in 1990s and abandoned it later, we developed the Kanthal replacement series products basing on this production line. Our Kanthal replacement products are produced with the same technique of the original Kanthal products. HJ209 properties are better than Kanthal A1, but its price is only about $20/kg~$35/kg depending on product specification. We can provide free sample for testing. Long-term test proves that HJ209 is the perfect substitute for kanthal A1. Compared with conventional Fecral alloy products, HJ209’s purity is further improved and the oxidation resistance is further optimized. Thanks to the special rare earth element combination and unique metallurgical manufacturing process, this material’s performance has been recognized by domestic and foreign customers in field of high temperature ceramic sintering, diffusion furnace, high power density and high temperature industrial furnaces.
